"Synthetic growth by self-lubricated photopolymerization and extrusion inspired by plants and fungi," appears online in PNAS.  Matt Hausladen, co-advised by Chris Ellison, is lead author and Dr. Boran Zhao (former post-doc in Ellison/Francis group) is a co-author.  The work is collaborative with Prof. Tim Kowalewski and graduate student Matt Kubala in the Mechanical Engineering Department. September 2019

"Near-IR sintering of conductive silver nanoparticle ink with in situ resistance measurement," appears online in Journal of Coatings Technology and Research.  The paper's lead author is David Keller (B.Mat.SE. 2019). David spent two summers as an undergraduate researcher in the group, working with Krystopher Jochem and Wieslaw Suszynski, and is now at Seagate.
